Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cash Boost website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Cash Boost Finance LLC (“Cash Boost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for users located in the United States.
2) WHAT CASH BOOST DOES
Cash Boost is an informational and matching platform. We help users understand and compare cash access products (such as cash access apps), potential personal loan options, and credit card options offered by third parties. Cash Boost is not a lender, does not issue loans or credit cards, and does not make credit decisions.
3) NO LOANS, NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Cash Boost does not provide loans, cash advances, or credit cards. Any financial product you may access through the Service is offered by third parties (such as lenders, issuers, marketplaces, or other providers). Content on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or credit advice. You should review and rely on the official terms and disclosures provided by the third-party provider before applying.
4) THIRD-PARTY OFFERS, LINKS, AND SERVICES
The Service may display, link to, or integrate with third-party websites, apps, services, and offers (“Third-Party Services”). Third-Party Services are not controlled by Cash Boost. Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cash Boost is not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their content, availability, fees, APRs, eligibility criteria, underwriting, approvals, fulfillment, customer service, or any resulting disputes.
Important: APRs, fees, repayment terms, funding timelines, and eligibility vary by provider and may change at any time. If loan offers are displayed, APRs may be up to 35% and repayment terms may range from 3 to 24 months, depending on the lender and your eligibility. Not all applicants will receive offers.
5) USER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTS
You may need to provide certain information to access features of the Service. You agree that any information you submit is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6) PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
– Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
– Interfere with or disrupt the Service or security of the Service.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
– Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission.
– Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and all content, software, designs, logos, and materials (excluding your own content) are owned by Cash Boost or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
8) USER FEEDBACK
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant Cash Boost the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.
9) DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH BOOST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS (INCLUDING THE AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS) WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH BOOST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH BOOST’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash Boost and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12) TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service (in whole or in part). You may stop using the Service at any time.
13) CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the state where Cash Boost is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
15) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms (together with any policies referenced in them, including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Cash Boost regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
